Fantasy Factory - I couldn't find much information about this except for the fact that it's a show based on Rob Dyrdek of skateboarding and "Rob and Big" fame. The only information I could gather is that is that it's a reality show based around his new bulldog and him and a huge warehouse with a basketball facility and skate park.
Nitro Circus - Based more on the MTV orignal hit, "Jackass," it's apparantly pretty much the same show except jacked up on steroids, with more death-defying stunts and involvement in extreme sports. One of the cast members of the show is Travis Pastrana, who's a multiple winning X Games contestant in motorsports, hence his involvement in the show.
How's Your News? - Get ready for this: a show about people with Down Syndrome and other mentally disabled people interviewing celebrities like John Stamos and everyday folk about all things in life, with all of this being the demented and offensive brainchild of Matt Stone and Trey Parker of "South Park" fame. Sounds pretty messed up on all levels, right? Knowing Matt and Trey, chances are they're doing all of this to prove a point or show some message. If we're lucky, it'll be taken lightly like the Johnny Knoxville movie, "The Ringer."
P.S. As promising as these shows are, I really hope for more music and less TV on MTV. I'm starting to believe that the acronym actually stands for, "More TeleVision". Wasn't that the reason behind the creation of MTV2? Any thoughts?
Below I posted videos for both the music video and a trailer promoting the four shows.
